He has spent more than a decade working in marketing, helping businesses work out where they should focus, what is worth spending money on and how all the different pieces fit together.
Strategy, digital marketing, advertising and the bigger commercial picture are very much his territory.
Grace leads much of the creative side of Shire.
Brands, websites, social media, content and the tiny details that somehow make the whole thing feel right.
She has spent years working closely with business owners, turning half formed ideas, marketing problems and occasional moments of panic into something clear, useful and good looking.
